Casa L is our beloved apartment for rent in Livorno, a lively town along the coast of Tuscany in Italy.

It is located in a quiet area just nearby a pleasant park, Villa Mimbelli, and at 5-minute walk both from Terrazza Mascagni, a charming promenade on the seaside, and from the Tyrrhenian sea where you can either enjoy a sunbath or a swim.

Relax is the keyword of this place. Plus it is a convenient location to visit many places and step into Italian life (for suggestions just have a look at this very same website: The Other Tuscany!).

The house is a recently renewed 80 sqm apartment located at the ground floor of a villa built in 1901.

Casa L can host up to 4 people.

It has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with peninsula, a master bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds (one pull-out), and 2 restrooms (one has washbasin, bidet and toilet; the other one has a shower stall, washbasin and toilet).

There is also a service room with washing machine and 2 open air areas, one small beside the kitchen and a bigger one with lights, electric awnings and a small table.
